Knitting Group




Please join us for an informal knitting group every Wednesday and Thursday starting at 4:00 p.m. The group is open to knitters of all skill levels and ages. 

There is no cost to participate. Bring a current knitting or crochet project, or start a new one among friends. Feel free to bring patterns and expertise to share.

About the author:

Mercedes Town grew up on a wheat farm in Kansas, but her writing often reflects the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, where she and her husband have lived for over thirty years. Hendersonville, North Carolina, is the setting for A Hint of Jasmine, as it is in The Scent of Roses, the first book of Ann Waldon Mystery Series. Town's work includes a novelized version of her mother's life, many travel articles, and a newspaper columns.
